Overview

Paul Ricard has been under appreciated for a long time. Let's give it a thorough routing the weekend before Christmas! 

This Race will start with two open Qualifying Servers. First server will be on Wednesday December 15th from 1800UTC (1300ET) to 2200UTC (1700ET). The second server will be open on Thursday December 16th from 1800ET (2300UTC) to 2300ET (0400UTC). These events will give us the entrylist, and the grid for this Saturday race. If you do not set ONE valid lap during one or both of these Qualifying Events, YOU WILL NOT BE RACING!

This is a first come first serve race! Once slots are all full, you'll have to wait for withdrawls to enter!

Rules

We follow the ruleset that SimGrid provides, however if you would head to Join the HFG Discord, to get on the Driver Briefing channel at the end of practice, it would be appreciated. Our events are post-race stewarded. We use a program that provides timestamps of all contact in the race as well as track cuts. Our full rule set is provided in the Discord. If you need to file an incident report, please do so here, in the race section on The Sim Grid.

Custom Liveries

The use of custom liveries made outside of the game is permitted in this event. However, the use of these liveries is not officially supported by the game developers. 

Event Start Time

This event will commence with a Practice session (30 mins), a 103 minute Race. Real time start will be at 1430 ET or 1930 UTC.

Pit Stops

There are no tire stops required. You must stop for fuel once during the race and that is all. Pits are open for repairs, and there is no pit window.

If you come to find you cannot attend this event, we would appreciate if you use the withdraw button under 'manage registration' so that one of the reserves may join in your stead.
