• “EoS E-Sport (track) - Race”. Password will be the same for each of the 3 server: eoswegt

There will be a dynamic weather that will follow the real weather forecast. 3bmeteo.com will be used to check the real weather and to create a more accurate immersion. All that in the limits of the game that will decide in his own how to manage it. (you will not have the snow,sorry)

Each week we will update our servers with the lastest weather condition. 7 days before the race there will be the deadline for the weather. In that day we will set all the server with the setting of the race. No more variation will be applied.

FLAGS - LAPPED CARS - INCIDENTS

Lapped cars must leave space as soon as they can, we will not accept holding faster cars or trying to defend the position during a blue flag situation. The car who is going to lap another car, have to think that these races are under endurance format and not sprint races; Blue flagged cars must leave space without closing doors or trying to force his braking point. Blue flagged cars don't have to leave the ideal line, but they MUST leave the position as FAST as possible under safe circumstances.

Blue flag situation can't last more than 1 lap. After that, lapped cars must leave the ideal line and let the faster cars overtake them.

Under yellow flag situation drivers must pay maximum attention and if possible, lifting the gas, trying to get through the danger zone. Cars involved in any type of incident MUST have to try to stop the car in the shortest time possible. After that they will need to check the radar (or spotter) to safely rejoin the track without creating dangerous situation with other cars on track.

PENALTIES

For each race there will be a Race direction who will investigate each episode reported from teams with the dedicated form:

• Blue flagged car not leaving space in 1 full lap with 0,5s gap to the faster car -> warning, after the first warning - 10sec

• Dangerous track rejoin-> 5/10s

• Dangerous track rejoin with incident-> DT, serious incident - SG30

• Hitting/bumping another car-> 10/15sec

• Hitting/bumping another car with serious incident -> 30sec/DT

• Hitting/bumping a blue flagged car -> 15sec

• Not leaving space or forcing another car off track during a fight->5sec

• Not leaving space or forcing another car off track during a fight with serious incident-> 30sec

• Cars taking penalties for 2 similiar episode will be judged as receidive and a DT or STG30 will be applied.

Race direction will judge every episode with their methods and discrection following the standars written in this section.

ACCESS MANAGEMENT AND DRIVER SWAP

The first driver to join the server will be the first driver. We highly recomend to let the first driver of your entrylist to join first. We also have seen that if the other drivers will joins first (example, driver n.2) no problems will be created. BUT if the driver 2 (also 3 or 4 or 5 or 6) join the server as the first driver, he will be the one to rejoin the server after a crash or disconnection. We highly recomend to leave the pit before letting other drivers to join the server (first time joining the server and also after a crash). During the race day the server will not be restarted. WE WANT TO BE CLEAR THAT TEAMS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRY THEIR ENTRYLIST IN THE PRACTICE SERVER "TEAM". Not doing it and having problems with the entrylist in the race day is you responsibility. Admins are there to help you, but they can't solve problems 5 min before a race where other teams have done a regular check in the server team.

Drivers who will join after driver 1 must have to check if they are in the team car before doing "drive". If you are on your car and after pressing "drive" you are not in your team car, just press shift+arrows to find your car. (same procedure during a pitstop if you are sent into another car).

Driver who will do the Q session can be different from the one who will start the race.

Rear mirror can be reactivated after a pistop, you only need to change camera untill you will return to the one you will use.

Ermolli Organizzazione Corse
