6 hours Suzuka - Charity Race for Leonard

1. Competition:

• DRX SPORT is excited to invite the top Assetto Corsa Competizione drivers from Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Hungary to participate in a thrilling 6-hour GT3 endurance charity race at the iconic Suzuka Circuit in Japan. 
• The primary goal of this event is to raise funds for a brave young warrior, Leonardo. Your participation and support can make a significant difference in his life.
• Get ready for an unforgettable racing experience while contributing to a noble cause. Let’s come together and race for a reason!
• Donations are accepted through the DONIO app and will be transferred to a transparent account created by the family for this purpose.

2. Team Eligibility:

• Teams: Up to 15 teams will have the honor to represent each country, with totally of 45 cars on starting grid. 
• Drivers: Each team can have up to 3 drivers. There is no minimum driver requirement. At least one member of the team must have a citizenship of country, they representing.
• Invitation to the event: Every team will be invited by the organizer. After the invitation each team must register on the simgrid platform to the event. Teams for Slovakia will be invited by DMSK, teams for Czech Republic will be invited by Harakiri Racing and teams for Hungary will be invited by Sim Racing Company to take all the slots on starting grid.
• Registration: After the invitation team manager of each team needs to register on The SimGrid. The event will be hosted by Sim Racing Company.

4. Driving assists:

• Automatic Gearbox: not allowed
• Engine Start: no restrictions
• Wipers: no restrictions
• Lights: no restriction
• Pit Limiter: no restrictions

5. Qualifying format:

• Date: 29.08.2024 Thursday 20:00 CEST
• Server starts: 19:50 CEST
  • Practice – 10 min. (19:50 – 20:00 CEST)
  • Driver's Briefing on Discord – 20 min. (19:30 – 19:50 CEST)
  • Qualifying – ~60 min. (20:00 – 21:00 CEST)
• In Q1, all 45 cars will compete. Q1 duration will be 20 minutes.
• In Q2, the top 25 from Q1 will compete. Q2 duration will be 15 minutes.
• In Q3, the top 10 from Q3 will compete. Q3 duration will be 12 minutes.
• In Superpole, the top 5 from Q3 will compete. The duration is only one lap after the outlap.
• The qualification session will be held on Thursday, August 29th at 20:00 CEST. There will be a 10 minute free practice session before the Q1 starts.

6. Race format:

• Date: 31.08.2024 Saturday 15:00 CEST
• Server starts: 13:00 CEST
  • Practice – 90 min. (13:00 – 14:30 CEST)
  • Driver's Briefing on Discord – 20 min. (14:30 – 14:50 CEST)
  • Standing on the Grid (server restart) – 10 min. (14:50 – 15:00 CEST)
• Race – 6 hours (15:00 – 21:00 CEST)
• Race duration: 6 hours, starting at 15:00 CEST
• Maximum stint time: 65 minutes
• Drivers per team: 1 – 3

7. Live broadcast:

• On Youtube, in slovak and hungarian (2 seperate audio chanels)
• Both qualification and race will be streamed.

8. Live stewarding:

• On the event there will be a live stewarding via Sim Racing Company's Discord.

9. Liveries:

• Drivers are allowed to use fully custom liveries. There is one restriction, all the liveries must contain the flag of the represented country on the rear wing sides (SVK, CZ, HUN).
• Liveries submitted in the incorrect format or with errors in the format or textures themselves may be rejected by the Admins.
• All custom liveries must be submitted through awesome simracing's livery tool.

• These rules and regulations are subject to change. By participating in the event participants agree with the rules and accept the decisions made by organizers. Failure to comply with the rules may result in a disqualification from the event.
