Description and Instructions

PSR gt3 world series - season three

Welcome to our third iteration of the GT3 World Series! This is a five round championship focused on iRacing's GT Sprint calendar!

EVENT OVERVIEW

  • 21/06 - TBD - GT Sprint official series - Week 2
  • 28/06 - TBD - GT Sprint official series - Week 3
  • 05/07 - TBD - GT Sprint official series - Week 4
  • 12/07 - TBD - GT Sprint official series - Week 5
  • 19/07 - TBD - GT Sprint official series - Week 6

ORDER OF DAY (all times shown on the description below are on C.E.S.T)

  • 19:10 FREE PRACTICE (70 minutes)
  • 20:20 QUALIFYING (10 minutes, 2 laps, lone qualifier)
  • 20:30 RACE (40 minutes)

GT3 CLASSES

The championship will have two separate classes amongst all GT3 drivers, GT3 PRO and GT3 AM. You can freely register, and on June 20th, we will split classes taking iRating as the main filter. Classes will be published on Discord, as well as on SimGrid.

*Note: once the new GT3s are added on iRacing, they will be available for you to choose them on SimGrid, in the meanwhile you can choose a placeholder.

FUEL CAPACITY

All GT3 cars will have their tank capped at 50% to enforce a pitstop.

RACE CONTROL

The championship will handle reports/appeals through POST STEWARDING. Drivers are allowed to appeal/report any incidents with a maximum due time of 24 hours after the race. Our RULES AND REGULATIONS book can be found in our Discord channel. As mentioned in the rulebook, Pandemonium SimRacing reserves the right to remove drivers from any of our hosted events for misbehaving/unsportsmanlike conduct.

WEATHER FORECAST

Due to the current situation with the newly implemented weather system on iRacing, all of our races are going to be set to a dry setting if iRacing does not fix the weather issues. If the official calendar has rain on it, we will follow the exact same settings on terms of dry/wet conditions. Wind speed, cloud levels and ambient/track temperatures could vary per round.

PRIZE POOL

There will be prizes given to the top 3 drivers on the final standings from each class! The prizes are as follows:

  • P1 per class - 15€
  • P2 per class - 10€
  • P3 per class - 5€

All prizes will be paid once the championship finalizes.
