SRO CWC Qualifying Championship
GENERAL INFO:
- Welcome to the Double Dash SRO CWC Qualifying Championship!

- This Series will be open to anyone on SimGrid who has a grid rating of "INTERMEDIATE" and above.
- Team championship - Each driver's results contribute to the total team points.
- Teams of 2 drivers using the same car under the same team name.
- 5 race weekends with 9 individual rounds
- Weekends 1-4: 2 back to back 45 min races
- Weekend 5:4hr endurance
About SRO Community World Challenge:
ORL is one of a select few hosts on SimGrid lucky enough to host a SRO CWC event or championship. All SRO CWC events you see on SimGrid are considered Qualifying events for the Grand Final. The 2 wining drivers of each event/championship will go on to race in the Grand Final as representatives of the host league.
As this championship is for teams of 2 members the team that wins this championship will be able to race in the Grand Finals under the Odyssey Racing League name and Livery as the representative team of ORL in the Grand Final event. In order for a driver to be able to compete in the Grand Final they must compete in and win one of the SRO CWC events available on SimGrid.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:
- YOU MUST BE IN THE DISCORD TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR EVENTS!
- TEAMS: Your team MUST consist of 2 drivers.
- Each driver may only run 1 race each weekend
- Each team member must have a Grid Rating of Intermediate or higher.
- Read the rules of our League.

- Round 1&2 - JUN 8 @ 10AM EST - COTA
- Round 3&4 - JUN 22 @ 10AM EST - VALENCIA
- Round 5&6 - JUL 6 @ 10AM EST - HUNGARORING
- Round 7&8 - JUL 20 @ 10AM EST - SUZUKA
- Round 9 - AUG 3 @ 10AM EST - BATHURST
RACE Configurations:
PLEASE NOTE: THE TIME ON THE "RACES" TAB IS THE START OF QUALIFYING. PRACTICE OPENS UP AN HOUR BEFORE QUALIFYING STARTS.
Weekends 1-4
- Each weekend there will be back to back doubleheaders - 2x45 min races. Each driver on a team must run 1 of the 2 races and both drivers cannot race in the same race. For example:
- Driver A: Race 1
- Driver B: Race 2
- A single driver cannot do both races.
- Weekend Schedule:
- Practice server open for 2 weeks prior to event
- Race/Server 1:
- Practice - 5 mins (Load in)
- Quali 1 - 12 mins (short form Quali)
- Race 1 - 45 mins
- Race/Server 2:
- Practice - 5 mins (Load in)
- Quali 2 - 12 mins (short form Quali)
- Race 2 - 45 mins
- Pit Rules
- 15 min pit window
- Fixed fuel time (25s)
- Fuel required
- Tires optional
Weekend 5
- 4hr Endurance race where both drivers on the team share a car like a regular enduro. After 4 rounds of solo driving they will put their teamwork to the test for the final round.
- Both drivers race together
- Max drive time of 140 min per driver (2 stints each)
- 70 min stint time
- No pit requirements
- Weekend Schedule:
- Forced entry list Practice server open for 2 weeks prior to event
- Practice - 60 min (hour before official event time)
- Quali - 20 min
- Race - 240 mins

We will have Coach Dave Delta coupons available for the podium winners of this championship.
LIVERY INFORMATION:
We use the Awesome-Simracing tool
Balance of Performance:
We will be using a custom BoP adjustment as required. The source of the settings will be made public for each event and will be announced with plenty of notice for peer testing and further updates. LFM BoP has proven to be limited on reliability so we are expanding the search and cooperating with other leagues and drivers to put the best and most fair settings into each race event.
