Championship specs

This championship is incremental, designed to run for multiple seasons.

Each registered driver will be provided with a 'license' that will be valid throughout their entire stay, season after season.

The license defines a driver's car category (TCX, GT4, GTC, GT2, GT3), skill category (AM, SILVER, PRO) and available license points (12).

Newly registered drivers start from the TCX car category and the lowest AM skill category. At the end of each season, there are promotions or relegations according to specific criteria explained in the tables below.

If the number of participants in a category exceeds the number of available slots, pre-qualifications will be held to determine its entry list.

Drivers who are promoted to higher categories (GT4, GTC, GT2 and GT3) have their slot guaranteed in the new category and do not participate in pre-qualifications.

Each season, drivers in the GTC category will have to choose the sub-category of car in which they will race, and once the final standings of the season are determined, the top 2 drivers in each sub-category will be promoted to GT2, for a total of 6 promoted drivers.

All categories will run in the same race until there are at least 50 total drivers, then they will be split into two separate races: TCX and GT4 on one side, GTC, GT2 and GT3 on the other.
