Server/Lobby Etiquette
1) Abusive language at any time in server including insults, name calling or racism- Only 1 warning, if comments continue instant ban from server.
2) Arguing post-race about incidents on track- 1 point.
3) Failing to provide footage on request- Quali ban and loss of decision.
Qualifying
1) Impeding someone’s flying lap in any way - 2 penalty points and 5 second penalty.
Pre-race
1) Overtaking on formation lap - 1 penalty point penalty.
2) Please be within 10 car lengths of the car in front at all times whilst on formation lap. Failure to do this will result in a penalty of 2 penalty points
3) Making contact with a car which causes them to be disqualified and reset to the grid - 1 penalty point
Safety car/VSC
1) Overtaking under safety car and not returning to position- 1 penalty point + 10 second penalty.
2) Accelerating, heavy breaking, driving unnecessarily slow, or not allowing the safety car to return to the pits before restarting which then causes an incident as the leader- 1 penalty point + 5 second penalty.
3) Colliding with the car in front under safety car conditions- 2 penalty points + 10 second penalty.
4) Please remain single file under yellow flag until past the start/finish line. Failure to do this will result in a penalty of 2 penalty points + 10 second penalty
5) Please keep a maximum of 10 car lengths to the car in front of you at all times, failure to do this will result in a penalty of 2 penalty points + 5 second penalty.
6) When under the Safety Car and a prompt appears that you may "Pass *driver name*" you are to ignore this prompt in all circumstances unless they are a crashed vehicle. Failure to do this will result in 2 penalty points + 10 second penalty
If you get spun/hit under safety car it's unfortunate and will be dealt with but you cannot re-climb the order to your position, this will glitch causing you i
llegal overtakes and cause mayhem for drivers behind you.
Race
1) Causing a collision. (no damage)- 1 penalty point + 5 second penalty.
2) Causing a collision. (damage)- 2 penalty points + 10 second penalty.*
3) Causing another driver to retire- 4 penalty points + 10 second penalty.
4) Blocking/moving under breaking- 1 penalty point.
5) Illegally overtaking, giving back position then immediately taking position back- 1 penalty point + 5 second penalty.
6) Returning to track in an unsafe manner- 2 penalty points + 5 second penalty.
7) Ignoring blue flags (We understand not in corners but on straights) 1st Offence Quali ban, 2nd Offence Race ban
8) Retiring on track rather than the pit lane- 2 points and 5 second penalty for next completed race.
9) No reset to track (ELITE AND CHAMPIONS ONLY) – 1 penalty point + 5 second penalty.
10) No A.I under safety car (ELITE AND CHAMPIONS ONLY) 1 penalty point + 5 second penalty.**
*If rear wing damage is caused by another driver which causes the victim driver to be unable to continue and the driver is deemed to be at fault, this is classed as ending the drivers race. The driver at fault is then to be awarded 4pp and 10 seconds as per a race ending penalty. Footage MUST be provided of both the incident AND footage of your failure to continue including adequate attempts to continue the race.
**Use AI at your own risk! It has come to our attention that in certain circumstances your AI can overtake people under the safety car, if this is to happen and the position is not returned then it will result in a 5 second penalty.
Drivers who lose control of the car and cause accident without major driver error or intentional means are not subject to punishment in race reports.
All penalties shown above are base line and can be altered as the stewards feel fit.
Penalty points
4 points = qualifying ban for next race entered.
8 points = race ban
2 race bans =removal from server.
IN-GAME PENALTY REMOVAL-
In-game penalties shall only be removed for the following reasons:
Clear and Obvious game glitches which cause penalties out of your control
3 second corner cutting penalties which have come without prior warnings and can be proved
5 Second penalties which are given for incorrect illegal overtakes such as a driver crashing in front of you when there is not a safety car that follows later in the race.
Evidence must be given in the form of a picture of the full race director. The penalty must go unserved so that it is accurate at race end.
You must allow 30seconds before pressing X on the pre race screen after quali to allow drivers to sort strategies.
Failing to provide footage when asked will result in a quali ban & loss of decision. Footage must be POV and not commentators or replay footage. Please send in footage by 12PM UK on the next day (Wednesday & Monday) to your relevant tier report channel, defence videos by 8PM UK. If you accept fate of an incident & take ownership of it you do not need to send defence footage.
NO SHOWS -
If you check in to a race and do not turn up without messaging a steward/admin to notify them as to why you will not be attending, you will now receive the following reprimand:
1st Offence: Qualifying Ban
2nd Offence: Race Ban
3rd Offence: Removed from server
If you fail to check in for the race 24hrs before & take part in the race the following day you will receive a DSQ for failing to comply with check in standards.
CHECK IN -
If you are checked in as tentative, you must check in or out 8 hours before the race at 1200. If you need to go beyond this time you must dm a steward/admin of your tier before this time to tell them why. You do not race if you do not adhere to this. We will not chase you.
