6 Hours of Imola Endurance - SOP Motorsports 1 year celebration

OVERVIEW
SOP Motorsports are pleased to bring you our first PC endurance race and this is to coincide with our one year anniversary as a community. We cant wait for old and new sim racers to join us on the grid for the 6 hours of Imolaaa which was voted for by the ACC sim racing community.

This will be open for 45 teams with a maximum capacity of 135 drivers.

REGISTRATION
Registration for this endurance race is currently open to all members of SOP Motorsport & Sim Grid, who are now able to enter also, although you still need to join the SOP discord for all updates

EVENT TIMETABLE

All sessions with be within the event on the day. The event will take place on Sunday July 4th.

Practice - 11:00am BST
Qualifying - 11:30am BST
Race - 12:00/Midday BST

PIT STOPS AND STINTS
As this is an endurance race it will be a completely free pit stop ruling. you can make as little or as many as needed. Although every driver in your respective team has to drive at least one 65 minute stint during the event as it imposes a 65 minutes driver stint limit. [Teams will receive a penalty of 130 seconds if a driver does not drive a stint.]

The stint timer stops when you enter the pitlane and is reset upon exiting the pit lane (unless you are serving a penalty). The game will automatically apply a Drive Through penalty if the stint limit is exceeded.

BOP
We are currently looking at the BOP of all cars for Imola and we will update teams and drivers once we have finalised this.

STEWARDING
There will be live stewarding for this event, but it is a celebratory endurance event, so take it easy, nothing is on the line here, we want you to compete and be competitive but also celebrate with us and have fun.
