OVERVIEW

eMotorsport Championship welcomes you to our next 3 Hour Endurance race at the iconic Weather Tech Raceway Laguna Seca in Monterey, California. Sunny weather paired with a shorter course set the scene for an amazing race! Will your team rise up and make it to the top step of the podium?

This event is intended to be fun. We value good sportsmanship over everything else, and great racing comes from mutual respect between drivers.

Registration

The sign-up is currently limited to a max of 30 teams, consisting of 1-4 drivers each. As always, registration is open to our discord community first. So if you want entry to pre-registration, make sure you are a part of our community!

• 60-minute Free Practice starts at 9:00 AM US Eastern Time.
  • Max 5-minute wait at end of the session.
• 15 minutes Qualifying starts at 10:00 AM US Eastern Time.
  • 5-minute wait before the race start.
• The race starts at 10:20 AM US Eastern Time.

STEWARDING

• Post Race stewarding is available via Incident Reporting on the community Discord.
  • Waiting on track after an incident is not required - please help keep the track clear and submit an incident ticket after the race if needed.
  • Retaliation on track will be punished accordingly.
  • Blue flags - allow the faster driver to pass safely within one lap of first blue flag. It is not necessary to immediately move out of the way and potentially cause more harm.
• Race Control App will be run for logging events and the Stewarding team will look at any issues found.

BROADCASTING

CUSTOM LIVERIES 

• If you would like your livery to be visible to other drivers, please post samples and the file on discord in the ACC Livery submission. The link to download all liveries will be there as well. If any are found offensive or have ill intent, it could lead to removal from the organization.

*The use of custom liveries made outside of the game is permitted, but they are not officially supported by the game developers and their use can cause significant lag for the user.*

WITHDRAW

• If you are unable to attend a race, you must "WITHDRAW" from the race. To do this go to the RACES page of the event on TheSimGrid website under the Admin tab for the event. This will allow us to maximize field size by allocating empty slots to those who can make it. If you need assistance with this please, contact an Admin.
