GT4 Championship - Season 4

OVERVIEW

Welcome to the GT4 Championship - Season 4 at rapiddrivers.club!

This is a GT4 only, solo driver series.

There will be only a single split for this series, with 50 slots, and they will be issued on a first come first serve basis.

There will be popularity ballast for this Championship, which means the cars with over ten entries will have the same amount of ballast applied as the number of entries registered. Example: 14 Porsche Cayman registrations means all Cayman's get +14kg of ballast for all races of the Championship. Choose wisely!

Round 1 will have a normal Qualifying session before the race, but the remaining rounds will be based on the standings on SimGrid, with the first 10 being reversed.

Weather will be based on real life forecast, meaning it will change during the practice week until race day.

ENTRIES WILL CLOSE ON THE 23TH OF November 2022 AT 18:00 UTC.

EVENT TIMETABLE

This series will take part on Wednesdays, on a bi-weekly basis, with the following schedule:

1. Round 1 - November 23 2022
2. Round 2 - December 7 2022
3. Round 3 - December 21 2022
4. Round 4 - January 4 2023
5. Round 5 - January 18 2023

Regarding sessions, they will be as follows:

1. Practice (10 minutes)
2. Qualifying (15 minutes) - Only for Round 1
3. Race (60 minutes)
