OVERVIEW
Happy Halloween! For this pre-Halloween event we have decided to race on the SCARIEST track in the night with maximum cloud coverage... The SCARIEST track of all is obviously Mount Panorama (Bathurst)! Hope we don't scare you away, and hope you enjoy this spoooky race (please report any ghost sightings to the Admins).

REGISTRATION
Entries will be limited to 50 teams + 10 reserve drivers. Teams will be limited to 1 to 3 drivers per team. If you are crazy enough to go solo then be our guest! If you don't have a teammate yet, please do ask someone in the discord if they want to partner up.
To register a team you will first need to "Create Team" which can be found when you click on your profile! In order to register press "Register Team" where you can register your whole team and choose the car/class you want to race.
RACE WEEKEND SCHEDULE
- Practice - 13:00 UTC (15 minutes)
- Driver's Briefing -13:15 UTC (5 minutes before the end of practice, see "Driver's Briefing" for more information)
- Qualifying - 13:20 UTC (30 minutes)
- Race - 13:50 UTC (3 hours)
DRIVER'S BRIEFING
One driver from each team will need to join the "Driver's Briefing" voice channel in the Discord 5 minutes before qualifying begins! During the "driver's briefing" we will go over some common rules and some things we expect drivers to follow. During this time you can also ask the admins some questions, if you have any.
CUSTOM LIVERIES
We really want to see some scary/Halloween themed liveries for this race! Even if it means that your car is fully orange or has some ghosts on it, we will be judging the liveries on stream!! Custom liveries are allowed during the race. You can upload them on the discord so everyone can see and use them. The livery cannot have any derogatory or discriminatory stickers otherwise you will be banned.
STEWARDING
Any reports/incidents are to be reported AFTER the race using The SimGrid reporting system!

DRIVER TIME
There will be no mandatory pitstops in this race.
TYRE SET LIMITS
The whole event will be limited to 10 tires sets
