ENDURANCE CHAMPIONSHIP
SPORTING REGULATIONS
ARTICLE 1 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 Foreword
The Endurance Championship (hereinafter referred to as “the Championship”) is an online multiclass endurance racing series featuring Hypercar, LMP2, and GT3 vehicles competing simultaneously on circuit.
The Championship is organized to promote fair competition, sporting conduct, and endurance racing principles in a simulated racing environment.
1.2 Applicability
These Sporting Regulations apply to all sessions forming part of the Championship, including qualifying, races, and any official test or practice sessions organized by the Championship administration.
1.3 Interpretation
No Driver or Team may claim the literal application of these regulations if their conduct is deemed contrary to sporting fairness, safety, or the spirit of endurance racing.
The Championship Administration reserves the right to interpret and enforce these regulations at its sole discretion.
ARTICLE 2 – CHAMPIONSHIP STRUCTURE
2.1 Classes
The Championship is open to the following classes:
Each class will be classified separately. Hypercar competitors will also be eligible for overall classification.
2.2 Calendar
The Championship consists of multiple endurance races scheduled across a defined season calendar. All events count toward the Championship unless otherwise specified.
ARTICLE 3 – ENTRIES AND ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Entry
Drivers and Teams must register with the Championship prior to participation. Entry constitutes full acceptance of these Sporting Regulations.
3.2 Class Commitment
Once entered, a Driver or Team must remain in their declared class for the duration of the season unless explicitly authorized by the Championship Administration.
ARTICLE 4 – QUALIFYING
4.1 Qualifying Format
Each Competition includes an official qualifying session.
4.2 Duration
Qualifying shall consist of a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) laps, as defined in the Supplementary Regulations for each event.
4.3 Conduct
Drivers are responsible for safe and respectful conduct during qualifying, particularly with regard to multiclass traffic.
Any obstruction, unsafe release, or deliberate interference may be penalized.
4.4 Grid Formation
Starting grids shall be determined by the fastest valid lap time achieved in qualifying within each class.
ARTICLE 5 – RACE PROCEDURE AND MULTICLASS CONDUCT
5.1 General Conduct
All Drivers must maintain full awareness of multiclass traffic at all times.
5.2 Overtaking Responsibilities
- Faster class cars are responsible for executing safe overtakes.
- Slower class cars must remain predictable and adhere to the racing line.
5.3 Blue Flags
Blue flags are advisory. Drivers must cooperate to facilitate safe and efficient traffic flow without erratic maneuvers.
ARTICLE 6 – PIT STOPS
6.1 Mandatory Pit Stops
Each car must complete a minimum of four (4) mandatory long pit stops during the race.
6.2 Definition of a Long Pit Stop
A long pit stop is defined as a pit stop meeting the minimum stationary time specified in the event’s Supplementary Regulations or enforced by the simulation.
6.3 Compliance
Failure to complete the required number of mandatory long pit stops, or failure to meet the minimum stop duration, will result in penalties including time penalties or disqualification.
ARTICLE 7 – STEWARDING AND PENALTIES
7.1 Live Stewarding
During the race, incidents and rule infringements are managed via real-time in-game penalties.
Drivers are responsible for correctly serving all penalties issued.
7.2 Post-Race Stewarding
Following the race, human stewards may review incidents, protests, and reports submitted by competitors.
7.3 Penalties
Penalties may include, but are not limited to:
- Time penalties
- Position penalties
- Points deductions
- Warnings
Stewards’ decisions are final unless otherwise stated by Championship Administration.
ARTICLE 8 – TRACK LIMITS AND DRIVING STANDARDS
8.1 Track Limits
Drivers must respect track limits as defined by the simulation and event regulations.
8.2 Driving Conduct
Dangerous driving, avoidable contact, retaliation, or unsportsmanlike behavior may be penalized regardless of whether an in-game penalty was triggered.
ARTICLE 9 – LIVERIES
9.1 Custom Liveries
Custom liveries are permitted and encouraged.
9.2 Submission Deadline
All custom liveries must be submitted no later than the day before the race.
Late submissions are not guaranteed to be implemented for the event.
9.3 Compliance
All liveries must comply with Championship guidelines and may not contain offensive or inappropriate content.
ARTICLE 10 – SPONSORSHIP
10.1 Championship Sponsorship
The Championship is currently not supported by official sponsors.
10.2 Future Partnerships
The Championship Administration is actively seeking sponsorship opportunities for future events and seasons.
10.3 Team Branding
Teams and Drivers may display personal or fictional sponsor branding, subject to approval and compliance with Championship guidelines.
ARTICLE 11 – CLASSIFICATION AND POINTS
11.1 Classification
Only cars completing the minimum race distance specified in the Supplementary Regulations will be classified.
11.2 Points
Points are awarded per class according to the Championship points structure.
ARTICLE 12 – PROTESTS AND DISCIPLINE
12.1 Protests
Protests must be submitted in the prescribed format within the designated time window.
12.2 Appeals
Stewards’ decisions are final unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Championship Administration.
ARTICLE 13 – FINAL PROVISIONS
13.1 Amendments
The Championship Administration reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time in the interest of fairness, safety, or sporting integrity.
13.2 Authority
All administrative decisions are final and binding.
