WRC-Grade Racing Thrills at Your Fingertips · Fanatec

Race to win with Fanatec's Podium Steering Wheel Monte Carlo Rally. WRC-grade precision for ultimate simulation mastery. Drive like Sébastien Loeb!

OVERVIEW

We went to a land down under in December to host The Sim Grids first ever 2.4h event and it was an overwhelming success! This time we're heading back to Europe to race at ACCs newest track; Imola.

Racing at Imola is always a thrilling experience with its fast chicanes and killer kerbs. Overtaking can be difficult at this track, but with 2.4h of racing and 3 mandatory pit stops, the winner of this race is going to be the driver with the best strategy.

There are 6 splits available, and space on the grid for 40 cars in each split so we could have up to 240 drivers racing! But you should act fast if you want to be one of them.

*Please note that the schedule page will show the race session as 2h, this is because there is no option to select 2h 24min.

WHAT IS SUPER SATURDAY?

Super Saturday is a new concept to host several racing events in one day. This first ever Super Saturday features x2 support races (Super Trofeo and Porsche Cup) which are super-sprint races followed by the main race, 2.4h endurance. All 3 races of Super Saturday are held at the same track.

SIGN UP PROCESS

First-come-first-serve event. Register quickly to secure your space on the grid. Once the grid is full, you can register as a reserve driver and then take any available grid slots should a driver drop out or be absent.

WHAT SPLIT SHALL I CHOOSE?

The split you choose to race in is ultimately your decision, but we want to ensure that drivers are racing in splits where they can be competitive and are of similar experience to those around them. A large gap in pace and experience can cause problems on track, so choose your split as accurately as you can. Below are some rough, estimated qualifying pace levels we expect from drivers in the following splits to help you choose:

  • Split 1-2 1:39's-1:41's
  • Split 3-4 1:42's-1:44's
  • Split 5-6 1:44's+

EVENT TIMETABLE

STEWARDING

All splits will have post-race stewarding using the report form available here on the website under the `Races` tab. Please read the rules to learn about the incident report process.
