Race Club Interleague Race
Tuesday 23rd December 2025
The meeting consists of a single 120minute race at Silverstone.
Event format
1 x 60 min free practice starting at 19:00GMT
followed by
1 x 15 min open pitlane qualifying session
followed by
1 x 120 min race with full formation lap- there are no mandatory pitstops nor pit windows and strategy is 100% free for the driver to choose
Session over time is set at 150 seconds (2:30min)
Pre Race waiting time is set at 180 seconds (3mins)
Post race is set at 600 seconds (10 mins)
Incident reporting is below in the event you feel you have an incident to report. It requires video evidence so please make sure you have a button ready to capture the replay.
Race Club UK Stewards will review the incidents, the panel is made up of a number of anonymous individuals, so who race with the group and some who don't however they give up their free time to review incidents.
For previous Interleague Races the conversations between the stewards have been published along with the results for full transparency - with the names redacted of the Stewards. We intend to do this again.
Any driver who does not complete 70% +1 lap of the winners laps will be marked as DNF and will score 0 points.
For clarity the 70% calculation will be rounded down.
Eg winner completes 85 laps
70% = 59.5 laps. This will be rounded down to 59 laps + 1 laps = 60 laps.
Therefore anyone completing less than 60 laps will be marked as DNF and will score 0 points.
Incident Reporting Quick Reference
Why the System Exists
- Incident reporting is in place to remove blame disputes between drivers and let stewards decide impartially
Where to Report
-
All incidents must be reported via SimGrid using the incident reporting option
- Reports submitted anywhere else will not be considered.
Time Limit
- You have 24 hours from the start of the race to submit an incident report
Who Can Report
- You may only report incidents you were directly involved in however you may use someone-else's footage but the report must be completed by the driver involved.
- Drivers who do not finish the race (rage quit or fail to complete 70% + 1 lap) cannot submit reports. If reports are submitted then they will not be reviewed
What Can Be Reported
