Harakiri WEC Series - season 6
New year - new WEC season! On the 20th of January we start with the sixth season of our main LMU championship
Harakiri WEC Series. Multiclass racing at its best with the Hypercar and LMGT3 classes. Drivers will face 6 races, each 90 minutes long and this time it will be live streamed on our
YouTube channel! To improve the racing experience, the Hypercar class is limited to drivers with at least Silver driver ranking here on the SimGrid. Don't forget to join our
Discord to get all the important information regarding this championship.
Entry fee
To cover the costs for server, stewards and broadcasting we are implementing entry fee of
5€ per driver. We believe that this will also motivate the drivers to finish the championship. The entry fee can be paid via the PayPal link provided on the SimGrid. Certain Patreon levels can enter this championship for free, so check it out
here.
Prizes
We have prepared some prizes for the top 3 in each class. First of all, there is a prize money (20€, 10€ and 5€). On top of that the top 3 will receive a nice trophy from us (EU shipping only) and on top of that they will get one month free subscription for Coach Dave Delta APP. Other prizes are currently in the negotiation so stay tuned.

- Withdrawal rules: 3 withdrawals permitted, no-show = DQ
- Worst result is not counted (1 drop round)
- Damage, tyre wear and fuel usage: Realistic
- Track Limit rules: Default
- Track Limits points: 3
- Assists: Everything off, except auto clutch and auto shift
- Qualification type: Private
- Minimum attendance ratio of 80%
- Top 2 drivers per team score for the team standings
Race day schedule
- Free Practice (75 min) - 18:45 CET
- Qualificaion (15 min) - 20:00 CET
- Race (90 min) - 20:15 CET

Weather will be set individualy for each race. The weather forecast will be available
here and on our Discord.
Stewarding
Complaints will be handled after the race. See racing rules on our Discord for details about protests.
