2. Terms & Conditions

2.1 Eligibility

• Open to all members of the FTR Discord.
  
  
  
• Drivers must register with their Steam ID, car choice, and race number.
  
  
  
• Each driver is responsible for maintaining a stable connection and functional hardware.
  
  
  

2.2 Participation Agreement

• Attend races consistently or notify race control of absence.
  
  
  
• Follow all league rules, stewarding procedures, and admin decisions.
  
  
  
• Maintain respectful communication in and out of sessions.
  
  
  

2.3 Data & Media Usage

• Races may be recorded, streamed, or used for promotional content.
  
  
  
• By participating, drivers agree to have their name, livery, and footage showcased by FTR.
  
  
  

3. Championship Format

3.1 Session Schedule

• Practice: 30 minutes
  
  
  
• Qualifying: 15/23 minutes
  
  
  
• Race: 60 minutes
  
  
  

3.2 Points System

• P1 = 25, P2 = 24, ..., P25 = 1
  
  
  
• No bonus points unless added by Admins.
  
  
  

3.3 Standings

• Points accumulate across all rounds.
  
  
  
• Lowest round may be dropped (optional—tell me if you want to enable this).
  
  
  
• Ties are broken by:
  
   
  1. Most wins

  1. Most podiums
     
     
     
• 
  
  1. Best finishing position in final round

4. Car & Setup Rules

4.1 Car Choice

• Drivers select one GT3 car for the season.
  
  
  
• Car change permitted only once before Round 2 with admin approval.
  
  
  

4.2 Setups

• Custom setups allowed.
  
  
  
• No external modification tools permitted beyond ACC standards.
  
  
  

5. Pit Requirements

• Mandatory pit stop: Yes
  
  
  
• Pit window: 30 minutes
  
  
  
• Fuel: Mandatory refuelling, fixed fuel time
  
  
  
• Tyres: Not required
  
  
  
• Drivers must stay inside pit entry/exit lines.
  
  
  

6. Racing Rules & Conduct

6.1 General Driving Standards

• Clean, predictable driving expected at all times.
  
  
  
• No intentional collisions, brake-checking, or divebombing.
  
  
  
• Rooms must maintain control during rejoins.
  
  
  

6.2 Track Limits

• ACC automated system enforced.
  
  
  
• Off-track overtakes must be given back immediately.
  
  
  

6.3 Safety & Blue Flags

• Lapped drivers must allow leaders through safely.
  
  
  
• No blocking or racing leaders when being lapped.
  
  
  

6.4 Qualifying Etiquette

• Be aware of faster cars on hot laps.
  
  
  
• Keep off racing line when not on a push lap.
  
  
  

6.5 Race Starts

• Standard ACC formation lap.
  
  
  
• Maintain speed and spacing.
  
  
  
• No weaving after green zone.
  
  
  

7. Penalties & Stewarding

7.2 Incident Reporting

8. Attendance & Withdrawal Rules

8.1 Attendance

• Drivers missing 2 races in a row without notice may be removed from the season.
  
  
  
• Notify admins at least 3 hours before race start if absent.
  
  
  

8.2 Mid-season Withdrawal

• Drivers may withdraw at any time but must notify admins.
  
  
  
• No-shows without communication may affect eligibility for future seasons.
  
  
  

9. Behaviour & Community Rules

• Harassment, toxicity, or discrimination is not tolerated.
  
  
  
• Respect all drivers and staff.
  
  
  
• Follow Discord rules during all communications.
  
  
  

10. Admin Authority

• Admin decisions are final.
  
  
  
• Rules may be updated during the season; drivers will be notified.
