ASPIRE RACING NASCAR CUP PLAYOFFS
Welcome to the first season of our Sunday night NASCAR playoff series!
EVENT CALENDAR
- Round 1: 16th November - Daytona - 70 Laps
- Round 2: 23rd November - Charlotte Roval - 40 Laps
- Round 3: 30th November - Indianapolis - 60 Laps
- Round 4: 7th December - Martinsville (Round of 8) - 160 Laps
- Round 5: 14th December - Pheonix (Championship 4) - 130 Laps
PLAYOFF STRUCTURE
• Playoff races 1-3: All drivers compete in the opening three races of the playoffs. Any driver who wins a race qualifies for the Round of 8. After the third race, the highest points scorers will fill the remaining positions for the Round of 8.
• Round of 8 (playoff race 4): Eight drivers battle it out at Martinsville, eliminating four drivers and leaving four finalists to compete for the championship.
• Championship 4 (playoff race 5): The four remaining drivers compete in a singular championship race at Pheonix. The highest-finishing driver of the four is crowned the NASCAR Cup Series champion.
• All entrants can participate in all 5 rounds of the season, they are only eliminated from the chance of winning the championship.
EVENT SCHEDULE
• Practice: 20:00 CET - 30 Mins
• Qualifying (Solo): 20:30 CET - 10 Mins (2 Laps)
• Race: 20:40 CET
SIGN OUTS
If you cannot attend a race please withdraw or sign out from that race in the races tab. If you don't attend a race and don't sign out from that race you will receive 10 penalty points. 20 penalty points will result in automatic disqualification from the championship.
DROP ROUNDS
There will be no drop round for this series.
INCIDENT POINTS
Drive through penalty at x17 followed by drive-through every x5. DSQ at x25.
SETUPS
Fixed setups will be used for this series.
CAUTIONS
Automatic cautions and safety cars will be enabled. Wave arounds will also be enabled.
FAST REPAIRS
Drivers will have 1 fast repair per race.
PIT STOPS
There are no mandatory pit stops.
WEATHER
There will be no rain in this series.
STEWARDING
There will be post race stewarding, and drivers will be able to report incidents on our discord to be reviewed by our stewarding team. We reserve the right to remove drivers from the series for unsportsmanlike conduct.
