OVERVIEW
Returning for it's fourth year is the Britcar 24hrs of Silverstone, our largest one off event of the year. This year we are very proud to confirm Cosworth as title partner of the event. Bringing their iRacing Pi Toolbox to the event helping teams navigate this twice around the clock event
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLLOWING BEFORE REGISTERING
- This event is for drivers who are 16 years old and older - if a driver is proven to be younger than 16 the Team will be disqualified from the event
- One driver from each team must have a Paid Motorsport UK Esports Membership - https://esports.motorsportuk.org/membership/
- There is a ÂŁ30 entry fee per team
REGISTRATION
To register for this event, click the "Register Team" button. On the next screen, select your team, the drivers of the car, the class you want to compete in, the car and the desired car number. If you cannot see the drivers you would like to select then you need to instruct the other drivers to 'follow' the team you are racing in. Once all drivers are following the team you can then select them as drivers

- Qualifying - 11:40 GMT - (Lone Qualifying, 3 Laps, 10 Minutes)
- Warmup - 11:50 GMT
- Race - 12:00 GMT

STEWARDING
The event will rely heavily on iRacing's inbuilt automated stewarding system however, there we will have a number of stewards on hand to review incidents throughout the event.
To have an incident reviewed, you must submit any protests through the Google Form located
here and the stewards will review it and confirm to you the outcome.
PLEASE NOTE: That as a team you will have a maximum of 4 protests available to you throughout the race.
BROADCASTING
The event will be broadcast LIVE courtesy of RaceSpot TV, the link will be made available here closer to the event.
EVENT RULES
- Rolling Start
- Fast Repairs: 4
- Driver Fair Share rule enabled (no designated drivers)
- Minimum Licence: Class D 2.0
- Drive Through Penalty after 120x incident points and then every 25x after that
- Strict qualifying in game scrutineering
- 2-6 drivers per team (drivers can only race for one team)
- Open setups
WEATHER
The in-sim game date will be the 27th - 28th September 2025 with the timings mirroring the real-world time of the race.
The weather will be set to "forecasted" and 'allow heavy fog' enabled. All sessions after practice will have marbles set to 'Carry Over'
CUSTOM LIVERIES
Due to our event partner there will be an official decal pack that MUST be applied to each teams car, details of this are as follows
You are encouraged to run your own livery. If you have your own livery please upload it here -
Livery Upload Folder The file must be named car_teamid.tga WITH the decal layer applied to it
If you do not have your own team livery, for the purposes of the stream you will be allocated one with the correct decal pack
To ensure all liveries are seen on the stream (even if you are not running your own livery) you MUST join our Discord (

All liveries submitted must adhere to the iRacing Paint Policy found

Any politically charged or potentially offensive material on a custom livery will see the team banned from the race.
