The Itasha Coffee: 4 Hours Of Okayama - Powered by Triple Stint is an Endurance event that features GT3 cars racing around one of Japans most iconic tracks all while being an event for everyone that is looking to not only have fun, but also to challenge themselves and enjoy some GT3 racing without a bunch of hoops to jump through.

All drivers are to be respectful to each other as close racing is expected.
Please be mindful that there will be slower drivers, please be patient, courteous, and respectful to other drivers and use caution when overtaking.
If you cause or are involved in an incident, we encourage you to report the incident to help us keep the events we run clean but competitive. See the Stewarding Section below for more information.

REGISTRATION
For this Endurance Event, we are limiting the grid to 50 GT3 teams (1 or 2 Drivers), on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please sign up and make all changes before 2:00 pm Eastern time on race day.
Pick whichever category best suits you as you know your pace (GT3 PRO, GT3 PRO-AM, GT3 AM). If you have never raced with us please choose the category that best suits your current iRating.
GT3 PRO: All Drivers Must be Above 2.5k irating GT3 PRO-AM: At least 1 Driver Must be Below 1.5k irating OR Both Drivers are between 2.4k and 1.6k irating GT3 AM: All Drivers Must be Below 1.5k irating
PRO: 2.5k + iRating
PRO-AM: 2.4k - 1.6k iRating
AM: 1.5k or less iRating

STEWARDING
There will be Post-Race Stewarding. We encourage you to submit all incident reports within 24 hours through our Incidents & Reports section on Discord.
The stewards will review the footage/information provided after the race and implement penalties if necessary.
We discourage waiting to give back a position after an incident, but you may self-penalize or give the spot back while racing without receiving a time penalty. BWP may still apply.

CUSTOM LIVERIES
Custom Liveries are allowed through the Trading Paints Tool.
Any Potentially Offensive material on Livery the driver/team will removed from the event.
WITHDRAW AND RESERVES
If you are not able to make the event, please remove yourself from the event to make room for another driver who wants to join this event.
There are 10 Reserve spots available if the event reaches max capacity. We encourage you to signup even if the event is full as there will more than likely be a spot open on race day.
