OVERVIEW
Welcome to the oNiD Sim Hound Super Formula Lights Championship! This season is a return to the popular open-wheeler discipline with the faster, more agile Super Formula Lights.
We will have a two race format this season, consisting of an open qualifying and reverse grid elements.
REGISTRATION
For this season, if your iRating us under 2.0k, please sign up as an AM. If above 2.0k, please sign up as a PRO. If you are above 2.0k on a different discipline but not on formula, please sign up for PRO.
We have the ability to make people between classes depending on previous oNiD performances and early season form.
EVENT TIMETABLE
Practice: 19:30 (GMT) - 30 minutes (inc. driver briefing)
Qualifying: 20:00 (GMT) - 20 minutes, open qualifying, AM & PRO Split.
Race 1: 20:20 (GMT) - 30 minutes
Warm-up: 20:55 (GMT) - 10 minutes
Race 2: 21:05 (GMT) - 30 minutes (reverse draw between P10-20)
PIT STOPS
No pit stops will be required for these races - you will get 1 fast repair per race.
POINTS SYSTEM
All details can be found on the points tab on SimGrid. Our points system will remain the same across all races. We will have an overall championship as well as separate PRO and AM standings.
Two bonus points will be awarded for the fastest lap in each race.
Each driver will get one drop round for the season. If a driver does not sign out on SimGrid, a 5 point deduction will be made to their tally. If you fail to attend and do not sign out or notify us, we can remove you from the season.
CAR SETUPS
We will be allowing custom setups this season.
STEWARDING
This series will be post race stewarded - Incident Form and Incident Guide can be found in the rules page on SimGrid.
CUSTOM LIVERIES
We will be allowing custom liveries in this series. You can have these be seen on stream and to other races by uploading them to Trading Paints.
