Get read to race at our next iteration of the Continental Circus! Last on ACC, now on LMU, the circus takes to a completely new challenge! Come with us on a global tour of 5 different regions in this 5-week off-season bonanza!
5 weekly rounds starting on August 2nd. The first 4 rounds start at 16:30 UTC with 15-min practice and quali followed by a 1-hour race. The final round at Le Mans will do everything same except for the race length which becomes 2.4 hours (2 hours and 25 minutes to be exact since we cannot do 24 minutes unfortunately).
Here are the rounds in order:
The details can be found here!
You can race either Hypercar or LMGT3 class, with all cars of each class choosable. Should new cars be released prior to the start of the championship, those will be made selectable as well.
Stewarding will be available via post-race incident reports and post-race stewarding. The rules and specifics of that can be read in our rulebook (Discord link, requires to join our Discord server).
We will try to make broadcasting available at each round, however no promises will be made that every round will receive a full-on broadcast.
The only official communication channel for this championship will be on our discord server. There will be two channels, one for stewards announcements and one for general championship-based talking between competitors and organisers.
Custom liveries are allowed, however if you want to use a custom livery, you will have to signup with it. That means you have to connect your SimGrid account to you RaceControl account, have the subscription there and then you will be able to select your livery when signing up for the event. You may sign up with another livery for now and change it later as well.
