Mid-Year Mischief

SLIPSTREAM INTERNATIONAL - MID-YEAR MISCHIEF

Overview:

🏆Championship structure:

Mid-Year Mischief is a short 3 round series where we enjoy some cars we usually don't get to drive! No stakes, just some good ol' Mischievous fun! 

🏁Race format: 

Each race event features:

• 30-minute official practice
• 5-minute Drivers Briefing in Discord
• 20-minute open qualifying
• 60-minute race
  • There will be two mandatory stops for fuel (not fixed) with a 50 minute pit window

⚔️Competitiveness:

• Extended LFM BOP will be used in this series. This extended BOP will include all previous generation cars (e.g. Lexus, AMR V12, etc) based on LFM's Hotlap BOP Prediction

🌧️Weather conditions:

• We will use real life weather as a reference to set the conditions. This means it may not be the same as real life conditions, but it will be accurate to possible real conditions.

🛤️Practice Server: 

• Practice server will be always set up one week in advance, after the completion of each week's race.
• The communication to the drivers will contain the server setup details like: - Cloud coverage ⛅ - Rain probability 🌧️ - Weather randomness 🔀 - Time multiplier ⏱️ - Temperature 🌡️

🐕‍🦺Assists:  

• All tiers will have the maximum stability control setting to zero and auto-steer disabled. Other than the ones mentioned here, all assists are allowed to be used.

🗺️Regions:

• Our Assetto Corsa Competizione PC championship runs on a very particular schedule that enables all Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia to compete. Drivers from all around the world are allowed to take part in the leagues, as long as their connection is suitable enough.

👮Stewarding and live streaming: 

• All drivers will be required to join the driver's briefing stage in our discord server after the conclusion of FP1. 
• While we won't be broadcasting, we encourage all drivers who are capable to stream their POV of the race.
• The stewards will use contact logs to hand out penalties, but if you have an incident that you believe needs to be looked at, please contact the stewards.
• The stewards can and will hand out penalties without reports if they deem it appropriate and necessary.

Participation in this championship is free of charge. To participate, you must join the Slipstream International Discord Server. All events are run through this server.
