Join the Mercedes-AMG Motorsport Virtual Championship!

The Mercedes-AMG Motorsport Virtual Championship is the ultimate virtual motorsports competition, centred on fun, entertainment and the experience. Are you ready for the exhilaration of Season One of the Mercedes-AMG Motorsport Virtual Championship? Choose your favourite title and get ready for the ultimate cross-platform competition. Challenge yourself against other drivers - and give your all for the overall victory. 

Throughout seven Race Days, every driver will earn points toward a unified overall leaderboard, regardless of which sim racing title they compete in. No matter the title, all participants will compete in one consolidated standings table, making every race count for the overall win.

Whether you're chasing glory or writing your first chapter in the world of competitive racing, this is more than a race, it’s your time to shine.

HOW TO REGISTER:

SIGN IN/REGISTER ON THE MERCEDES-AMG MOTORSPORT VIRTUAL CHAMPIONSHIP WEBSITE:

• Click on the "Login” button located in the top right corner of the website.

• If you don't have an account, you'll be prompted to authorise Discord. Follow the prompts to complete this step.

• Once authorised, you'll be redirected back to the Mercedes-AMG Motorsport Virtual Championship website to read and accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

SYNC OR CREATE SIMGRID ACCOUNT:

• If you have an existing SimGrid account, it will be automatically synced. Review the information and confirm.

• If you don't have a SimGrid account, you'll be prompted to provide required details such as your name and accept the SimGrid Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy as part of the account creation process.

REGISTER FOR THE HOT LAPs:

• On the Hot Lap qualifier event page, locate the "Register" button and click on it.

• Fill in the required fields on the registration form.

• After completing the form, submit your registration.

Upon successful registration, you'll receive a confirmation message on the website.

HOW TO JOIN THE SERVER:

• Drivers will be able to join a specific Time Attack challenge within the official iRacing launcher

• Head towards the "TIME ATTACK" section and search for "Mercedes-AMG"

COMPETITION FORMAT:

HOT LAP PHASE :

• Duration: Four weeks of Hot Laps from June 13th, 02:00 PM CEST  to 13th July, 11:59 PM CEST

• Participants compete individually to set the fastest lap time.

• The top 24 drivers qualify directly for the Division 1 split:

• All other drivers who set at least 1 valid lap will go into a raffle to select the 24 drivers for Division 2.

CHAMPIONSHIP PHASE:

• 7 Race Day Championship:

• 2 Divisions with 24 Drivers each.

• 2 Promotion & Relegation Race Days.

• Bonus Gamification points for specific races.
