The tradition continues! Harakiri Racing proudly presents the next chapter in our annual endurance challenge. This year, all eyes turn to Italy, as engines will roar through the day and night at Autodromo Nazionale di Monza on weekend of 31st of May to 1st of June. Gear up for full day of racing, strategy and relentless focus, where every stint counts and only the toughest teams make it to the finish. Expect top-tier organization, a smooth and well-prepared race weekend, and of course, a professional-quality live broadcast to capture every intense moment. Qualifying and test races will be held in advance to make sure everything runs like a clockwork. The final grid will be determined by your team’s average time on quali server. Do you have what it takes to survive the full 24 hours?
The final grid will be based on an average lap time the team makes on the qualification server. It is crucial that every driver from the team sets a valid lap on the pre-q server using a name which 100% match his SimGrid name. On top of that we will apply the 104% rule - meaning the limit to qualify for this race is the whole teams average lap time within 104% of the pole position time. After the qualification ends and the 104% rule is applied, the final qualification results will be published.
The qualification starts on Monday 05.05. 00:01 CET
The qualification ends on Friday 30.05. 23:59 CET.
All cars are available to select, but only LFM relevant cars will have Balance of Performance.
We will have a team of stewards ready for this event. We have a ticketing system on our Discord through which you can report all the incidents from the race. The exact process will be discussed during the briefing. On top of that we will implement a penalty points system. That means that if you collect a certain amount of penalty points for incidents, you will eventually be disqualified from the race. With this measure we strive to improve the overall racing experience.
The race will be live broadcasted on our YouTube channel. The broadcast will be in Czech and you can expect some guests and interesting interviews
The use of custom liveries is allowed. However when you disconnect during the race (e.g. tech. issues) you can rejoin only without the custom livery. Share your liveries via AWESOME-SIMRACING. It is important to add your livery to the collection
