Stewarding

Sessions that will be stewarded will only be the qualifying session and the race session. All stewarding will be carried out after the race. Therefore all penalties will be handed out after the race. We will be running a system that auto fills a spreadsheet with any potential minor contact, collisions, or spins. The majority of the stewarding will be based on this spreadsheet, but if you have an incident to report then there is a system in place on the discord server. You can join the discord server here.

Submitting incidents

After the race, all drivers will be able to submit incidents up until midnight BST on the day of the race. These incidents should be posted in the #incident-reports chat in the following format;

• Your car number
• Other drivers car numbers
• Lap number
• Corner number
• What happened

Stewards report

Once the stewards get together to go through the incident spreadsheet and the manually entered incidents submitted by the drivers a full stewards report will be posted in #stewards-report. This will be done on the day after the race.

incident appeals

Once the stewards report is released drivers have 24 hours to appeal any decisions made by the stewards. the drivers must appeal in the #incident-appeals chat in the following format;

• Incident number
• Is the appeal looking for a harsher or lesser penalty
• Why should the penalty be reduced or increased 

 The results from the appeals will be posted in the #stewards-report chat.
