Description and Instructions

Welcome to the IFWL Console GT3 Beginner-Friendly Series on SimGrid! This league is designed for new players and focuses on providing a supportive and enjoyable racing environment.

Important Details:

Discord Requirement: All drivers must join our Discord server to participate in races and access important updates.

Beginner-Friendly: This series is tailored for newcomers, featuring just one class to keep things simple and competitive.

Communication Rules: Please avoid talking during qualifying and race sessions. You are free to chat during practice.

Race Etiquette: Drive clean and fair. If you’re involved in an incident, use the Discord stewarding system to report it post-race.

Penalties:

30 Penalty Points: Players are allowed up to 30 penalty points before being disqualified. This is more than enough for new players to avoid the sin bin! :)

Race Format:

Weather: Always set to clear conditions.

Schedule: Each event follows a Friday-Saturday-Sunday format, from practice to race day.

No Mandatory Pit Stops: Strategy is up to you, no forced pit stops.

4 Drop Rounds: You can miss up to 4 rounds without penalty.

Entry & Cars:

Slots: We have 30 main slots and 20 reserve slots for overflow.

No Entry List: You’re free to change your car throughout the season, as long as it’s in the GT3 category.

BoP: We use a custom PitSkill.io BoP to ensure balance between all cars.
