🏁 Official Charter – Simu Nation Sprint - Porsche Cup Championship
1. Objective
This charter aims to ensure a competitive, clean, and respectful racing environment for all drivers participating in the PCup events on Iracing.
Every participant agrees to respect these regulations, under penalty of sanction.
2. General Information

3. Calendar & Event Format

5. Driving and Conduct
5.1. General Principles
- Fair play is mandatory.
- Avoidable contact must be anticipated and prevented.
- Drivers must leave room during battles.
- Any dangerous or unsportsmanlike behavior will be penalized.
5.2. Defense and Overtaking
- Only one change of direction is allowed when defending.
- Pushing, blocking on the straight, or forcing a car off track = sanction.
- The driver behind is responsible for executing a clean overtake.
- The driver being overtaken must not close the door at the last moment.
5.3. Rejoining the Track
- Rejoining the track must be safe and not impede other competitors.
- In case of a spin, use the camera, relative, or minimap before driving off.
5.4. Blue Flags
- Lapped drivers must facilitate the overtake without stopping or braking suddenly.
- Let the faster car pass in a safe and predictable zone.
6. Start Procedures

Formation Lap: Mandatory (controlled speed, no overtaking).

Standing Start at the game's signal.
- Overtaking is allowed only after the official start line.
- Any contact in the first 2 laps will be reviewed after the race and may result in a grid penalty
7. Penalties & Race Control
7.1. Incident Reporting

Maximum delay: 48 hours after the race. | Use Discord Ticket System
- The report must include:
- Time/Lap of the incident
- Description
- Video capture or replay
7.2. Sanction Scale

Minor Avoidable Contact | Warning or +5s
Major Contact / Forced Spin | +15s to +30s or Drive-Through imposed in the next race (to be determined)
Illegal Defense / Blocking | +10s or Warning
Dangerous Track Rejoin | +10s to +20s
Lack of respect (chat, mic, etc.) | Temporary exclusion
Non-compliance with the start / Jump Start | +20s or Warning (Drive-Through already imposed by the game)
Deliberate Track Cutting | Time penalty based on the severity (time gained)
7.3. Cumulative Warnings

3 warnings = -20s on the result of the race following the sanction.

5 warnings = Exclusion from one race round.
8. CoMmunication
- Discord mandatory.
- No in-race messages; the chat is reserved for admin/stewards.
- Total respect for other drivers and organizers | Temporary exclusion
9. Classifications and Titles
- Simu Nation Sprint - Porsche Cup Championship
- Teams' Championship (2 drivers max, to be identified before the season. If multiple drivers on the same team, they must identify themselves as a pair)
- The top 3 will receive prize and a trophy for their respective position.
10. Miscellaneous
- The organizers reserve the right to adjust the regulations at any time.
- In the event of a dispute, the final decision rests with race control.
- All participation implies full acceptance of this charter.
